Meta's algorithm needs time to optimize — typically 30–60 days to exit the "learning phase." During this period the algorithm is testing audience segments to find who converts best. CPL typically drops 20–40% after optimization completes. This is normal, expected, and covered in our Results Disclaimer so there are no surprises.

Always. We review every ad with you on a dedicated campaign review call on Days 5–6 of onboarding. Nothing goes live without your explicit written approval. If you want changes after approval, contact your account manager — we pause and revise before launch.

We maintain 2 backup ad accounts for every client. If your primary account receives a policy restriction, we activate your backup within 24 hours. Our compliance review process is specifically designed to prevent restrictions — but if one occurs despite our best efforts, you're never left without active campaigns for more than one business day.

We don't guarantee specific patient counts or revenue — and any agency that does is not being honest with you. What we guarantee is full compliance, 5-minute lead response, a live dashboard you can see 24/7, and our benchmarks as targets we optimize toward. Our Results Disclaimer is signed before launch so expectations are always clear.

Three months from campaign launch. This is the minimum needed for Meta's algorithm to fully optimize and for you to have meaningful data. After the minimum term, we continue month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. We also offer a 30-day pilot at $1,500 for practices who want to see real results in their specific market before committing to a full retainer.

You do. All leads generated belong to your clinic. Your CRM data, ad account history, and all patient contact information generated from campaigns is your property. We will export and deliver all data to you in full upon request or at the end of our engagement. This is specified in our Master Service Agreement.
